- Reverse-engineer or copy our algorithms
- Use our content in your own commercial products
- Claim our tools or content as your own
- Scrape or bulk-download our calculators
Unauthorized use of MedicalCalculatorHub content may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.
How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on MedicalCalculatorHub infringes your copyright, or if you have discovered unauthorized use of our content on another website, you may submit a written notice. Your notice must include:

Copyright Complaint Escalation Process
We follow a structured 6-month resolution process before any legal dispute:
Initial Notice (Days 1–7)
Send your copyright complaint to:

Timeline: Within 7 business days, we will:
- Review your notice for completeness
- Verify the alleged infringement
- Send a written response to your email
- If valid: immediately remove or disable the infringing content
- If incomplete: request additional information
Escalation to Senior Management (Day 8)
If your complaint is not resolved within 7 days, or if you dispute our response, automatically escalate to our Senior Management:

Include: Your original complaint + our response + explanation of why the matter is unresolved.
Timeline: Senior management will review and respond within 7 business days.
Resolution Period (Days 8–30)
After escalation to senior management, we commit to one full month (30 calendar days) to:
- Conduct a thorough investigation
- Review the disputed content
- Communicate regularly (at least twice) with you
- Make a final decision on the claim
- Implement the decision (removal, reinstatement, modification, etc.)
You will receive written updates on Day 15 and Day 30.
Mandatory Pre-Litigation Notice (Months 2–6)
Before filing any lawsuit, you MUST follow this pre-litigation procedure:
- Email 1 (Month 2): Send a written follow-up to mahajan3939@gmail.com stating that the matter remains unresolved.
- Email 2 (Month 4): Send a second written notice requesting final resolution.
- Email 3 (Month 6): Send a final notice stating your intent to pursue legal action if the matter is not resolved within 30 days of this email.
Only after sending all 3 emails AND waiting the full 6 months (minimum) may you file a lawsuit.
Important: Failure to follow this 6-month escalation and pre-litigation notice procedure may result in dismissal of any lawsuit you file. This process is mandatory under this policy and demonstrates good faith effort to resolve disputes outside court.
Counter Notification (Content Wrongly Removed)
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a copyright complaint, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, physical address, phone number, and email
- Identification of the removed material and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your willingness to accept jurisdiction of the District Court, Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir
- Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content within 30 days at our discretion, unless the original claimant files a court action within that period.
Repeat Infringers & Account Termination
MedicalCalculatorHub reserves the right to terminate access or account privileges for users who:
- Submit 3 or more false copyright infringement claims within 12 months
- Knowingly infringe MedicalCalculatorHub's intellectual property rights
- Repeatedly violate the Copyright Act, 1957
- Fail to comply with removal orders or cease-and-desist notices
Repeat infringers may be permanently banned from accessing MedicalCalculatorHub services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All copyright disputes on MedicalCalculatorHub are governed by:
- The Copyright Act, 1957 of India
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- All applicable laws of Jammu & Kashmir
Exclusive Jurisdiction: All copyright-related disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the District Court, Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir, India. Both parties consent to this exclusive jurisdiction and waive any right to file suit in any other court.
