  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content at our discretion, unless the original claimant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
