  • The exclusive jurisdiction of District Court, Udhampur
  • The submission to the laws of India and J&K
  • The waiver of any right to file suit in any other court or jurisdiction
  • The waiver of any right to claim immunity from jurisdiction

No other court has jurisdiction. You may not file suit against MedicalCalculatorHub in any court outside Udhampur, nor may you seek arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.

If you file suit in violation of this jurisdiction clause, MedicalCalculatorHub may seek dismissal and recover attorneys' fees and costs.
